El Dorado Ranch San Felipe's newest swimming pool is located on the mountainside of the resort in the section called El Cachnilla. Opened at the end of 2013, this has become the most popular pool for boat residents and vacationers. The order that La Palapa pool remains in existence and is available for all to use however as most of you like the newest thing, many flock to El Cachanilla pool.
The El Cachanilla is rectangular in shape and goes from about 2 feet at the shallow end to 7 feet at the deep end. One really cool feature of the new pool is that users can either jump into the pool or walk the gentle steps into the pool or use the third option which is a ramp that gently descends into the pool. Along the edges of the pool are lounge chairs, tables and chairs, plus as gazebos to protect from the sun. This is a heated pool fall use all year round.
In addition to the swimming pool is a hot tub and Jacuzzi.
