This vacation is not just about where you rest your head at night. This vacation home is an experience in itself. You can spend all day enjoying the comforts of the home, but you can also explore the resort and take advantage of the on site golf course, tennis courts and three community swimming pools. 

This 1,300 square foot vacation masterpiece sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The home offers a giant master suite, a large second bedroom and the conveinence of a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a California King bed that will have you sleeping like a baby as soon as your head hits the pillow. The master bathroom has a large garden tub, spacious glass walk in shower, and his and her sinks. Need a place to put all of your clothes? There is plenty of space in the private walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and offers a unique office space for guests who want to catch up on their emails or post all of their beautiful vacation home pictures online for their friends to see. There is a bathroom with a shower adjacent to this second bedroom as well. 

The great thing about this home is it's open floor plan. This allows everyone to be together, but not feel crowded. The living room offers plenty of seating in front of the flat screen TV, so movie nights are comfortable and relaxing for everyone.  Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with a circular ceramic dining table and cushioned chairs for enjoying extended quality dining time. The open floor plan includes a modern kitchen with island and new appliances including side-by-side refrigerator, electric oven and range, microwave oven, coffee maker and lots more. Cook up a the family's favorite meal for a little bit of home while you're away. Of course, plates and silverware are all provided. 

Imagine waking up, and stepping out on your own private patio to a picturesque sun rise over the golf course. Not a morning person? Imagine sitting on your private patio, sipping a cool drink and watching the sun disappear over the mountains in the distance. This quiet patio is a great place to read, take pictures, or just enjoy some peace and quiet before (or after) a busy day in San Felipe. 

Just a short walk from this rental is our private beach on the Sea of Cortez. By taking advantage of this close and private area, you can play in the sun, come home for lunch and a siesta, and head back out to the beach without a lot of traveling or wasted time. If the pool is more your thing, pick from three luxurious community pools, pick a seat and let time pass you by. If you're feeling up for a workout, challenge your better half to a game of tennis on one of the 7 on-site courts. As a guest here, you have access to everything the resort has to offer, as if you were an owner. 

While this rental does not have a garage, there is plenty of secure parking on the street of our gated community.
