Enter your rental home through one of 3 entrances and you will find a warm and inviting living room fitted with charcoal colored leather sofa and couch. A lot of detail went into decorating the living area and no doubt, you will be impressed.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with an intelligently built kitchen island with 3 bar stools making it favorite place to gather while preparing meals during your San Felipe vacation. Carved into the kitchen island is the kitchen sink and dish washer.

There are two big bedrooms - one bedroom on each floor. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and two cozy couches with center table perfectly positioned by the window allowing plenty of ambient light. This is the perfect spot to relax as you wake up with your coffee, or to read your favorite novel on your iPad. For your convenience, there's an attached private bathroom.

Head upstairs and you will find the 2nd bedroom - a master suite sized bedroom, with two beds; one queen bed and one twin bed - comfortably sleeping 4 guests. Just as the downstairs bedroom, this has a private bathroom as well plus a Jet Bathtub and his and her sink. If you are planning an extended stay with us, you'll love the spacious walk-in closet to hang and store your cloths.

The upstairs bedroom opens up to an outdoor patio via double doors, from this patio, you have terrific views of the Las Caras de Mexico golf course and the Sea of Cortez.
