All Homes include dishware, glassware, silverware, pots & pans, all kitchen utensils and essential appliances, bed linens & blankets, bathroom towels (indoor use only), toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap.  It would be wise to bring your own beach towels.

Our owners would say that they are very happy with our work and the consistency of payment on time and the preventative maintenance we do on their properties.  Owners appreciate the constant effort that we put into advertising and keeping their places rented as much as possible.

We are a huge part of San Felipe and participate in many community functions.   SCORE is only one of many.  The Annual Blues Festival is another fun activity.   The Shrimp Festival in November is a huge Festival.  Throughout the year there are many functions that draw more and more first timers to experience San Felipe.

San Felipe is known for it’s off road activities.  We offer in addition to the rental property, ATV rentals.  We suggest you book early when making reservations for availability. 

We offer free 18 hole golf pass for some of the rentals.  Not all rentals have the free golf passes.  One pass per day per condo.  This does not include the golf cart or clubs. 

There is Pickle Ball, Tennis, Water volleyball to choose from.  Just sit by the pool and enjoy a nice cold margarita or cevesa.  The beach is just a few steps away to enjoy the warm waters and soft sand.  Come get your toes in the sand and experience the laid back atmosphere.

We can also hook you up with a fishing guide for the ultimate fishing experience.  The Sea of Cortez offers a wide variety of fish.  We can refer you to a guide or you can go to the Malecon in the afternoons when the guides are scheduling their next day’s trip.

There are many scenic things to see and do in San Felipe.  There are the water falls in the El Diabilo Mountain.  The giant Sorrel Cactus south of San Felipe.  There is also the hot springs in Puertecitos.  Just to mention a few.
